Frequently asked questions

Is StackTrack free?

Yes. Beta is fully free while we ship core features. Later we’ll add paid tiers for heavier use—we’ll give clear notice before anything changes for existing users.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Use any modern browser. Optional: install StackTrack as a PWA for a home-screen icon and richer reminders where your device supports them.

Who is StackTrack for?

Anyone juggling meds, supplements, injections, or phased protocols—from a simple daily stack to complex schedules. Advanced tools stay available when you need them.

Is my data private?

Your data is stored securely (encryption in transit and at rest) with strict access controls. We don’t sell personal data. Details: Privacy Policy · Health Data Notice.

Is StackTrack medical advice?

No. StackTrack is a tracking tool—not a doctor, not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan. Always talk to a qualified clinician about medical decisions. Medical Disclaimer

How does AI work here?

AI helps with research, parsing product pages, and in-app questions. It can be wrong. It is not medical advice. AI Disclosure

Can I export my data?

Yes. From Settings, export drugs, programs, dose logs, inventory, and body metrics as JSON.

Does it work offline?

Installed PWAs can cache the shell; syncing, scheduling, and AI need the internet.
