Settings
Settings is your control room—identity, how StackTrack nudges you, where your calendar feed lives, and how you take your data out.
Account
- Name — update your display name
- Email — your account email (contact support to change)
- Password — change your password
Calendar subscription
Generate or view your .ics subscription URL for calendar export. You can:
- Copy the URL to add to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook
- Regenerate the token if you need a new URL (e.g., for security)
See Calendar guide for setup steps.
Notifications
- Push notifications — enable dose reminders (requires PWA install)
- Email reminders (if available) — optional email notifications for upcoming doses
Data export
Export your data as JSON:
- Drugs — your full drug library
- Programs — programs and program drugs
- Dose logs — all logged doses with dates, amounts, and notes
- Inventory — lots and quantities
- Body measurements — if you track metrics
Use this for backups, moving to another tool, or personal analysis.
Multi-person
If you track for multiple people (yourself and family members):
- Switch between persons from the sidebar or settings
- Each person has separate programs and schedules
- Your account can manage multiple persons depending on your subscription tier
Privacy and security
- StackTrack stores data in Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit
- Row-level security ensures only you can access your data
- See Privacy Policy and Health Data Notice for details
