Today view

Today is where the day gets simple: what’s due, when, and one tap to log it—without losing nuance when you skip or adjust.

Layout

Doses are grouped by time slot:

  • Morning (AM)
  • Afternoon (PM)
  • Evening
  • Bedtime

Each card shows the drug name, dose, and unit. Tap or click to expand and log.

Marking doses

Taken

  1. Open the dose card
  2. Click Mark taken
  3. Optionally add Actual dose (if you took a different amount)
  4. Add Notes (e.g., “felt fine”, “took with food”)
  5. For injectables, select Injection site on the body map
  6. Save

Skip

  1. Open the dose card
  2. Click Skip
  3. Choose or enter a Reason (e.g., “Feeling unwell”, “Traveling”)
  4. Save

Skipped doses are recorded but not counted as taken. They stay in your log for reference.

Adjust dose

If you need to change today’s dose (or today and future):

  1. Open the dose card
  2. Click Adjust
  3. Enter the new dose amount
  4. Choose Today only or Today and future
  5. Save

Use Undo to revert an adjustment.

Injection site logging

For injectable drugs:

  1. When marking taken, use the Injection site selector
  2. Choose a region on the body map (e.g., left quad, right deltoid)
  3. StackTrack helps you rotate sites to reduce irritation

Site history is stored so you can see where you last injected.

Progress

The Today view shows your completion progress (e.g., “3 of 5 taken”) so you can see at a glance how you’re doing for the day.
