Getting Started
This guide walks you from zero to your first logged dose—whether you take one vitamin or a full protocol.
1. Create an account
- Open app.stacktrack.health/signup
- Enter your name, email, and password
- Confirm your email if prompted
- Sign in—you’ll land on Home
2. Add your first item to the library
- Tap Meds in the bottom navigation
- Tap Add
- Fill in the basics: Name, Category (oral, injectable, topical, etc.), and Form (tablet, capsule, liquid, powder, etc.)
- For tablets or capsules, add the dose per unit and unit label (e.g., 500 mg)
- For peptides or injectables, use the Reconstitution fields: vial strength, volume after reconstitution, and dose per injection

3. Build a program
- Go to Programs
- Click Create program
- Name the program (e.g., “Morning stack”) and set a Start date
- Optionally set an End date
- Add drugs to the program with dose and frequency:
- Select a drug from your library
- Choose Dose pattern (static, ramp up/down, periodic)
- Set Target dose, Frequency (daily, BID, TID, weekly, etc.), and Time of day (AM, PM, evening, bedtime)
- Save the program

4. Activate your schedule
- Open your program
- Set the status to Active (or Paused if you want to hold off)
- StackTrack generates schedule entries for each dose
- Go to Today to see your daily checklist
5. Use the Today view
- Open Today in the bottom navigation
- Your doses are grouped by time slot (AM, PM, evening, bedtime)
- Mark doses as Taken, Skip (with a reason), or Adjust dose
- For injectables, log your injection site using the body map

6. Install as a PWA (optional)
- On mobile: Open StackTrack in Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android), tap Share → Add to Home Screen
- On desktop: In Chrome/Edge, click the install icon in the address bar
- StackTrack will open as an app with push notification support for dose reminders

- Add inventory lots to track quantities and get low-stock alerts
- Set up calendar subscription to see doses in Apple Calendar or Google
- Use AI features for drug research and URL product extraction
- Adjust settings for notifications and data export
